Important: A lost User PIN cannot be recovered

If you lose your User PIN, NailTeller cannot recover, retrieve, reset, or recreate it.

You may permanently lose access to your account if you do not have your User PIN.

Remember: your User PIN is the key to your account. Take a screenshot, write it down, and keep it safe.
